Weekly Bread Subscriptions

Our breads are now available on a subscription basis, offering you convenience and certainty in these challenging times.

You won’t need to think about your weekly bread needs, and we will be able to plan our purchasing, baking and delivery schedule in advance In order to be sure your bread is ready.

We are not asking you to pay all in advance; rather, your order will be automatically “renewed” and you will be billed periodically based on your plan. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

We believe every family deserves access to high quality food, whatever their income level. We make lower-cost subscriptions available to those with limited income. Please contact us if you are interested.

How It Works:

When you click “Subscribe” button for a bread on the Shop page, you will be taken to a Checkout page where you will be prompted to log in or create a new Customer Account.

After the order process, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with your subscription details, and information about how to manage your account settings.

You will be prompted to enter your credit card information at checkout, which will be saved to your Customer Account. (Subscriptions are not eligible to use PayPal as a payment method). Future orders will be placed automatically (“renewed”).

You can readily view and manage your subscriptions from your Customer Account. (Log in, click My Account, and then Subscriptions)

You can click any of your subscriptions to view its details, including:

  • The next order date (“renewal date”)

  • Price

  • Order frequency

  • Order history

  • Saved billing and shipping information

If your subscription has a limited number of renewals, the panel also displays the number of payments left in your subscription.

You can change your payment information during your subscription (click Payment Method and then Update Payment Method). However, to change your subscription shipping address, you must cancel your subscription, and re-subscribe using different shipping details.

To manage your subscription, you can also click the Manage Subscription link in the order email you will receive. This opens a new tab / window where you can log into your account.

FAQ

Can I skip a renewal order?

(See the next question also). If you want to skip a renewal, our site does not permit you to do this on your own from your subscription settings. However, if you contact us we will do this for you, and your subscription plan will remain intact.

Can I pause my subscription?

At the moment, our site does not enable you to pause your subscription. However, you can simply cancel your subscription, and purchase the subscription again when you are ready. You won’t be billed for any future portion of the subscription once you cancel.

Will I be notified before my subscription order renews?

No, you will not receive a notification before the renewal date, but when the subscription renews, you will receive an order confirmation email.

What happens if my payment fails?

When a customer payment fails, we both receive an email notification. Your email will include a link to update your billing information. The charge will be attempted again five days after the initial failure, and then five days after that. If the payment fails for a third time, the order an subscription are cancelled.
